Daily's didn't reset, its quite a loss / player Christy Jackson  on S1

It will reset itself at the next reset, its unknown what is causing that issue

Well has happened again today thats a fairly good size loss overall, although you could Send me 20 Guardian Extract VI pieces

Any chance anything will be given for the loss? Also would you want me to start back digging thru page I only stopped because it became time consuming to the point it wasn't worth the effort to do it totally free

We can not really do much about this issue and compensation because its not a straight forward situation.


The ruling is that if it happens, the player has to provide a screenshot AFTER 5 am server time that shows the time and date in the screenshot but that does not prove that they can not claim the rewards, only that the event has not reset correctly..... we can not manually reset the event.


It requires a manual check of the players character to see if they gained items that also match the items in the event and that is time consuming, because there is no single log for the daily rewards, there is multiple logs that have to be checked....
