Connection Issues

I was in team dungeon today and i got disconnected and ever since i keep getting

"Server Connection has been cut off" Please Refresh the game

I have tried another server and no issues also tried another account on S10 and am able to connect

so i assume it is only my account that got disconnected during Team Dungeon

Still no response from the Support department and i am loosing alot of  Rewards and daily quests, as well as loosing my ability to manage my guild and town. If you want to continue to have me spend money on this game i hope you take care of this issue soon

Sorry but you saying morning is confusing as i do not know if you mean server time or Your time which would imply i know where you are in the world, and i wasnt sure as to whether the ticket went through as when i submitted it just form resets without letting you know if it has been sent in. Your system for Tickets suck as it should send a message to the Amzgame email to notify us and as well there was no response to this post which was put up first.

you made contact in the forums using US east time on the 25th of june at 11.20 pm

The ticket system uses US East time and your first ticket was received at 10.21pm US east time, it was one of 3 tickets you filed, it was answered by me at 7.07 am us east time on the 26th of june, the second ticket was answered at 7.08 am


I just tested the ticket system and recieved the email but I do not have it set as spam..... something that players think is funny, to report any emails from AMZ as spam so they are blocked by the ISP, and that affects other players, We can not do anything about that as it happens at the ISP which is out of our control.
